CalorieMetrica does not require an account to use its calculators. When you enter weight, height, age, meals or food quantities, those inputs are used to calculate results in your browser. CalorieMetrica does not sell personal information.

Local storage

Some features may store preferences, saved meal plans, fasting progress, country mode, theme settings or imported/exported progress in your browser localStorage. This information stays on your device unless you export it, share it or clear your browser data.

Cookies and analytics

At launch, the analytics script is inactive until a Google Analytics ID is added. If analytics is enabled later, CalorieMetrica may collect basic, aggregated usage information such as pages visited, device type and general performance signals. You can limit analytics by using your browser privacy controls or analytics opt-out tools.

Advertising and third-party services

CalorieMetrica may apply for Google AdSense or use advertising/affiliate links in the future. If ads are enabled, third-party providers may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads according to their own policies. Ad slots are not active until an approved ad setup is added.

If you contact CalorieMetrica by form or email, your name, email address and message are used only to respond to your request, fix issues or improve the website.

Your choices

You can clear saved CalorieMetrica data by clearing browser storage for this site. You can also disable cookies, use private browsing, block third-party trackers, or contact us to ask privacy-related questions.
